Zusammenfassung: | To provide a gas concentration humidity detector, with which, using a simple structure, it is possible to measure a gas concentration while avoiding an increase in device size and measure humidity pertaining to the gas, thereby improving the accuracy of measurement and realizing to measure concentration and humidity pertaining to the gas in real time.SOLUTION: A gas concentration humidity detector 1 comprises a sensor body unit 10, a sensor base unit 30 and an insulating layer 20. The concentration detection sensor of the sensor body unit 10 includes two resistors, a conductor 14 for concentration measurement and a control circuit 40 for concentration measurement, and the humidity detection sensor of the sensor body unit 10 includes a conductor 15 for humidity measurement and a control circuit 50 for humidity measurement that detects the humidity of the gas to be measured by measuring electrostatic capacitance between the conductors 15 for humidity measurement. The material of a portion of one of the insulating layer 20, the sensor base unit 30 and the sensor body unit 10 that is in direct contact with the gas to be measured is a humidity sensitive material, the electrostatic capacitance of which changes with humidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構成を用いて、装置の大型化を回避しつつ、ガス濃度を計測するとともに、ガスに係る湿度を計測することで、計測精度の向上、及びリアルタイムでガスに係る濃度及び湿度を計測することを実現できるガス濃度湿度検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】ガス濃度湿度検出装置1は、センサ本体部10と、センサベース部30と、絶縁層20とを備え、センサ本体部10の濃度検出センサは、2つの抵抗体と、濃度計測用導線14と、濃度計測用制御回路40とを有し、センサ本体部10の湿度検出センサは、湿度計測用導線15と、湿度計測用導線15の間の静電容量を計測することで被計測ガスの湿度を検出する湿度計測用制御回路50とを有し、絶縁層20、センサベース部30及びセンサ本体部10の何れか1つのうちの、被計測ガスと直接接触する一部の材料は、湿度に応じて静電容量が変化する感湿材料である。【選択図】図1 |
