Zusammenfassung:	To provide a lifting device for construction materials of which an operator can perform the operation to lift construction materials up to the predetermined positions where the construction materials are to be placed while easily confirming from time to time the height of the construction materials, and its operation method.SOLUTION: A lifting device for construction materials 1 is provided with a mounting member for mounting construction materials such as fire door 30, the construction materials are moved up and down by moving the mounting member up and down, the mounting member moves up and down by driving force of an electric motor controlled by signals from an actuator 35, the actuator 35 can be attached to and removed from the construction materials, by operating the actuator 35 attached to the construction materials when it is mounted on the mounting member, operation of moving the mounting member up and down to move the construction materials up and down is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】建材を配置すべき所定の高さ位置まで建材を昇降動させる作業を、作業者が、そのときどきの建材の高さ位置を容易に確認しながら実施できるようになる建材用昇降装置及びその操作方法を提供すること。【解決手段】建材用昇降装置１は、防火扉３０等の建材を載置するための載置部材を備えていて、この載置部材の上下動により建材を昇降動させるものとなっており、載置部材は、操作器３５からの信号により制御される電動モータの駆動力により上下動するものであって、操作器３５は、建材に取り付け、取り外し可能であり、載置部材に載置されているときの建材に取り付けられた操作器３５の操作により、載置部材を上下動させて建材を昇降動させる作業が行われる。【選択図】図１２
