Zusammenfassung: | To provide a composite which can be obtained by a simple method and has good antifreeze resistance and high-temperature sliding resistance.SOLUTION: The composite includes a coated metal plate 110 and a rubber layer 120 joined thereto. The coated metal plate includes a metal plate 111, a chemical conversion coating 112, and a primer layer 113 in this order. The rubber layer is formed of a crosslinked product of a rubber layer coating composition containing a fluorine-containing polymer and a polyol-based crosslinking agent. The primer layer is formed of a cured product of an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and silica particles having an average particle diameter of 2-10 μm. The primer layer has a swelling part on a surface layer part on the rubber layer side, and the surface roughness Ra on the rubber layer side of the primer layer is 0.1-10 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単な方法で得ることができ、かつ良好な耐不凍液性と耐高温摺動性とを有する複合体を提供する。【解決手段】複合体は、塗装金属板と、それと接合されたゴム層と有する。塗装金属板110は、金属板111と、化成処理皮膜112と、プライマー層113とをこの順に有する。ゴム層120は、含フッ素重合体およびポリオール系架橋剤を含むゴム層用塗料組成物の架橋物からなる。プライマー層は、エポキシ樹脂と、硬化剤と、平均粒子径2〜10μmのシリカ粒子とを含むエポキシ樹脂組成物の硬化物からなる。プライマー層は、ゴム層側の表層部に膨潤部を有し、かつプライマー層のゴム層側の表面粗さRaは、0.1〜10μmである。【選択図】図1 |
