PURE WATER GENERATOR

To provide a pure water generator which does not require frequent filter replacement, even when a precision filter is installed to generate pure water.SOLUTION: A pure water generator 2 generating pure water from wastewater includes a filer part which filters a wastewater sent from the wastewater tank 3, a fresh water tank that stores the first fresh water generated, a UV irradiation part 6b which destroys the organic matter in the first fresh water sent from the tank, a precision filter part 6c which filters the first fresh water sent from the irradiation part to generate the second fresh water, an ion exchange resin part which turns the second fresh water sent from the filter part into pure water, and a pure water supply part 7 which supplies the pure water purified by the ion exchange resin part to an external device. The precision filter part 6c is connected to fluid supply means 9 which supplies air or water to the filter part from the direction of sending the second fresh water and return means 10 which discharges the second fresh water from the direction which accepts the first fresh water and returns it to the drainage tank 3 when generating pure water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】精密フィルターを配設して純水を生成する場合でも、フィルターの交換が頻繁でない純水生成装置の提供。【解決手段】排水から純水を生成する純水生成装置２は、排水タンク３から送り出された排水を濾過する濾過部と、生成された第一の清水を貯水する清水タンクと、該タンクから送り出された第一の清水の有機物を破壊する紫外線照射部６ｂと、該照射部から送り出された第一の清水を濾過し第二の清水を生成する精密フィルター部６ｃと、該フィルター部から送り出された第二の清水を純水にするイオン交換樹脂部と、該イオン交換樹脂部により精製された純水を外部装置に供給する純水供給部７を含み、精密フィルター部６ｃには、第二の清水を送り出す方向から該フィルター部に対しエアー又は水を供給する流体供給手段９と、純水を生成する際に第一の清水を受け入れる方向から第二の清水を排出して排水タンク３に戻す戻し手段１０が接続される。【選択図】図５
