To provide a grommet and a wire harness that improve holding force at a water stop portion.SOLUTION: A grommet 1 includes: an annular water stop portion 13 that is inserted into a through hole 101 formed in a mounting panel 100 to stop water; and a first partition wall portion 11 and a second partition wall portion 12 that are arranged so as to project inward in a radial direction of the water stop portion 13 and close an annular shape of the water stop portion 13. The water stop portion 13 includes: a contact surface 13Aa formed in an annular shape capable of contacting one side of a peripheral edge portion of the through hole 101 in an axial direction; and a plurality of claw portions 13Ad that face the contact surface 13Aa in the axial direction, can contact the other side of the peripheral edge portion of the through hole 101, and are provided intermittently in a circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】止水部での保持力を向上すること。【解決手段】グロメット１は、取付パネル１００に形成された貫通孔１０１に挿入されて止水する環状の止水部１３と、止水部１３の径方向内側に張り出して止水部１３の環状を閉鎖するように配置される第１隔壁部１１や第２隔壁部１２と、を備え、止水部１３は、軸線方向において貫通孔１０１の周縁部の一側に当接可能で環状に形成された当接面１３Ａａと、軸線方向において当接面１３Ａａに対向し貫通孔１０１の周縁部の他側に当接可能で周方向に断続的に複数設けられた爪部１３Ａｄと、を有する。【選択図】図５
