Zusammenfassung: | To provide a drive device with a structure that can suppress the reduction of an amount of oil supplied to a bearing.SOLUTION: The drive device includes: a rotor rotatable around a motor shaft J1 extending in a direction intersecting the vertical direction; a motor having a bearing 26 that rotatably supports the rotor; an annular support portion 64 supporting the bearing on the inside; an oil channel portion 68 having an upper opening portion 68a opening outside and vertically above the support portion, and extending from the outside of the support portion to the inside of the support portion; a guide portion 69 located around the upper opening portion and guiding oil into the oil channel portion; and an oil jet portion 11 having a first jet opening 15a that overlaps the oil channel portion when viewed in the vertical direction.
