ELECTRONIC APPARATUS MOUNTING STRUCTURE

To provide an electronic apparatus mounting structure that is able to achieve both of prevention of theft from the structure of the electronic apparatus and easiness of mounting the electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: The electric apparatus mounting structure, which is a fixing structure 103 for an electronic apparatus and a holding frame for holding the electronic apparatus so that the electronic apparatus is slidable while restrained in one direction, comprises: a screw holding portion (fixing metal plate 103b) fixed to the electronic apparatus and capable of holding a screw along an axial direction in the one direction; a latch portion 103d freely movable together with the screw holding portion in the one direction by its being connected to the screw holding portion via the screw, and having a projection projecting beyond the holding frame in a direction crossing a sliding direction; and a locking portion included in the holding frame and having a mounting hole that stops movement of the latch portion toward one side in the one direction by engaging with the projection due to tightening of the screw when receiving the projection.
