To provide a building capable of improving a visual field from an indoor, a ventilation into an indoor, and an appearance, while adopting an out-frame structure.SOLUTION: In a building of this invention, a column constituting an out-frame is a trapezoidal column 1. The trapezoidal column 1 exhibits a shape in which an outside face of a rectangular column is diagonally cut so as to make a trapezoid in a cross section. With respect to horizontally neighboring trapezoidal columns 1, slope directions of the outside faces 3 are opposite to each other.
