ELEVATOR SYSTEM

To provide a double deck elevator system in which registration of a destination floor is performed using a landing destination floor registration device, the elevator system being able to prevent upper and lower cars from being taken erroneously.SOLUTION: A landing destination floor registration device 20 can register either an odd-number floor or an even-number floor as a destination floor when a destination call is registered without a special call and can register both the odd-number floor and the even-number floor as a destination floor when the destination call is registered with the special call. Further, a group management control device 10 has an assignment control unit 11, and the assignment control unit 11 assigns, as a special-call responsive numbered-machine, a numbered machine that responds to the destination call registered with the special call. Further, the assignment control unit 11 assigns one of cars 31, 32 of the special-call responsive numbered-machine as a special-call responsive car that responds to the special call.
