CARRIAGE FOR TRANSPORTING TRACK MAINTENANCE SERVICE VEHICLE

To provide a carriage for transporting a track maintenance service vehicle that can improve the efficiency of track maintenance work using a track maintenance service vehicle by lowering or raising the service vehicle even on sides other than the rear side of the carriage body.SOLUTION: A carriage 1 for transporting a track maintenance service vehicle that travels on railroad rails and transports a track maintenance service vehicle 2 includes: a carriage body 11 which has front wheels 11b1 and rear wheels 11b2, 11b2 running on rails and on which the track maintenance service vehicle 2 can be placed; and a foot board 12 detachably provided on the carriage body 11 and that is used when the track maintenance service vehicle 2 is lowered from the carriage body 11 onto a track bed and when the track maintenance service vehicle 2 is raised therefrom.
