Zusammenfassung:To provide a production method for aluminum-plated steel sheet capable of cutting both surfaces in a thickness direction in the edge parts of the steel sheet in a shorter time than heretofore.SOLUTION: A production method S10 for steel sheets includes producing the steel sheet by cutting the edge parts of an aluminum-plated steel sheet in which an intermetallic compound layer and aluminum-plated layer are provided in order from a base material sheet side on each surface of a base material steel sheet in a thickness direction. The method comprises: a first cutting process S22 of cutting, by a first end mill, a first surface disposed at a first side in the thickness direction in the edge part of the aluminum-plated steel sheet; and a second cutting process S23 of cutting a second surface disposed at a second side opposite to the first side in the thickness direction in the edge part of the aluminum-plated steel sheet by a second end mill different from the first end mill.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】アルミニウムめっき鋼板の端部における厚み方向の両表面をより短時間で切削できる鋼板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】母材鋼板の厚み方向の各表面上に、母材鋼板側から順に金属間化合物層、アルミニウムめっき層がそれぞれ設けられたアルミニウムめっき鋼板の端部を切削して鋼板を製造する鋼板の製造方法S10であって、アルミニウムめっき鋼板の端部における、厚み方向の第1側に配置された第1表面を第1エンドミルで切削する第1切削工程S22と;アルミニウムめっき鋼板の端部における、厚み方向の第1側とは反対側の第2側に配置された第2表面を、第1エンドミルとは異なる第2エンドミルで切削する第2切削工程S23と;を行う。【選択図】図3
