Zusammenfassung:To provide a milling processing device that can perform processing with high accuracy and is high in degree of freedom of processing and in degree of freedom of form of a work-piece.SOLUTION: The milling processing device is provided with: work-piece fixing means 10; a spindle 20; relatively-moving means 30 that can move the spindle 20 in at least two directions of an x-direction and a y-direction relatively to the work-piece fixing means 10 at the time when a cutting tool 60 is cutting a work-piece W; and work-piece gripping means 40, provided not to move relatively with respect to the spindle 20, which grips a vicinity of a part α to be cut in the work-piece W. The work-piece gripping means 40 is constituted of a first gripping member 41 having a first contact portion 41a that contacts the work-piece W from a positive side in a z-direction and a second gripping member 42 having a second contact portion 42a that contacts the work-piece W from a negative side in the z-direction, which restricts the work-piece W from moving in the z-direction with respect to the work-piece gripping means 40 while permits the work-piece W to move in the x-direction and in the y-direction with respect to the work-piece gripping means 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】精度よく加工でき、加工の自由度やワークの形態の自由度が高いミーリング加工装置を提供する。【解決手段】ミーリング加工装置を、ワーク固定手段10と、スピンドル20と、切削工具60でワークWを切削しているときのスピンドル20を、ワーク固定手段10に対して、少なくともx方向及びy方向の2方向で相対的に移動させることが可能な相対移動手段30と、スピンドル20に対して相対的に動かない状態で設けられ、ワークWにおける被切削部αの近傍を挟持するワーク挟持手段40とを備えたものとし、ワーク挟持手段40を、ワークWに対してz方向正側から当接する第一当接部41aを有する第一挟持部材41と、ワークWに対してz方向負側から当接する第二当接部42aを有する第二挟持部材42とで構成し、ワーク挟持手段40に対するワークWのz方向の動きを規制する一方、ワーク挟持手段40に対するワークWのx方向及びy方向の動きを許容した。【選択図】 図1
