The switching valve is operable between a first position at which the intake port and the supply port are connected, the return port and the discharge port are connected, and the return port and the supply port are blocked, and a second position at which the return port and the supply port are connected, the intake port and the supply port are blocked, and the return port and the discharge port are blocked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
