MUD MATERIAL SUPPLY APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

To downsize an apparatus of supplying a mud material to a mud gun and improve work efficiency thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a mud material supply apparatus 100 that includes: a container 11 for storing a mud material M to be dropped from above an opening 11a; a screw extending spirally around an axis X and having a loading surface that guides the mud material M from a bottom 11b toward the opening 11a; a swivel hydraulic motor 60 for rotating the screw around the axis X; a conveyor for conveying the mud material M supplied from the opening 11a of the container 11 to a supply port of a mud gun; and a control unit for controlling the swivel hydraulic motor 60, in which the control unit controls the swivel hydraulic motor 60 so that the screw is rotated around the axis X in a swivel direction, in a state where the axis X of the container 11 is tilted at a predetermined tilt angle θ with respect to an axis Z that extends in a vertical direction, to supply the mud material M loaded on the screw from the opening 11a to the conveyor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】装置を小型化するとともにマッドガンへマッド材を供給する作業の作業効率を向上させる。【解決手段】開口部１１ａの上方から投下されるマッド材Ｍを収容する容器１１と、軸線Ｘ回りに螺旋状に延びるとともに底部１１ｂから開口部１１ａへ向けてマッド材Ｍを導く積載面を有するスクリューと、スクリューを軸線Ｘ回りに回転させる旋回油圧モータ６０と、容器１１の開口部１１ａから供給されるマッド材Ｍをマッドガンの供給口へ搬送するコンベヤと、旋回油圧モータ６０を制御する制御部と、を備え、制御部は、容器１１の軸線Ｘが鉛直方向に延びる軸線Ｚに対して所定傾斜角度θで傾斜する状態でスクリューを軸線Ｘ回りに旋回方向に回転させるよう旋回油圧モータ６０を制御し、スクリューに積載されたマッド材Ｍを開口部１１ａからコンベヤへ供給するマッド材供給装置１００を提供する。【選択図】図７
