Zusammenfassung: | To provide a gas separation membrane element having excellent separation performance even when high pressure gas is supplied, a gas separation membrane module, and a gas separation device.SOLUTION: A gas separation membrane element includes: a gas separation membrane including a first porous layer and a non-porous resin composition layer; a feeding-side space for feeding starting raw material gas to the gas separation membrane; a permeation-side space for permeated gas that has been permeated through the gas separation membrane; and a sealing unit for preventing the raw material gas and the permeated gas from mixing. If pressure [kPaG] in the supply-side space is increased from P1 to P2 and is then decreased to P3, degree of permeation [mol/(m2 s kPa)] of test gas at the pressures P1, P2 and P3 are respectively defined as F1 to F3, each of P1 and P3 is set to 500 kPaG and P2 is set to pressure at which F2/F1=2, the gas separation membrane element satisfies a relationship in formula (I).
