CASH PROCESSING APPARATUS

To provide a cash processing apparatus that can facilitate operation of depositing coins in a coin insertion section for a coin change machine after the coins are aligned.SOLUTION: A cash processing apparatus comprises: a housing; a coin insertion section disposed in the housing to receive inserted coins; and a coin placing section which is disposed in the housing and formed in a concave shape having on a bottom surface part a coin placing surface on which the coins received by the coin insertion section in deposit processing are temporarily placed, the coin placing surface connecting to the coin insertion section in the width direction of the housing, and which can slide the coins placed on the coin placing surface toward the coin insertion section.
