PNEUMATIC CONVEYING MACHINE

To visually confirm a conveyance state of a conveying object for a long period of time in the part where the conveying object is made to go downward when the conveying object is pneumatically conveyed.SOLUTION: A pneumatic conveying machine comprises: a conveyance pipe for making a conveying object pass together with air; an air separation device connected to an intermediate part of the whole length of the conveyance pipe; an air suction device connected to an air exhaust port side of the air separation device; and a rotary valve connected to a secondary side of the conveyance pipe. The conveyance pipe comprises a transparent pipe connected to a primary side of the rotary valve, and the inside of the rotary valve can be visually observed from the outside of the transparent pipe. A conveyance state of the conveying object can be visually observed by the transparent pipe, and a cleaning time of the rotary valve can be easily determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】搬送物を空気圧で搬送する場合に、搬送物を下方に向かわせる部分において、長期間に亘って搬送物の搬送状態を目視で確認できるようにすることである。【解決手段】空気式搬送機は、搬送物を空気と共に通過させる搬送管路と、搬送管路の全長の中間部に接続する空気分離装置と、空気分離装置の空気の排気口側に接続する空気の吸引装置と、搬送管路の二次側に二次側に接続するロータリーバルブとを備える。搬送管路はロータリーバルブの一次側に接続する透明管路を備え、透明管路の外側からロータリーバルブの内部を目視可能とする。透明管路によって搬送物の搬送状態を目視できるし、ロータリーバルブの清掃時期も判断し易くなる。【選択図】 図２
