Zusammenfassung: | To provide a rotary cylinder device capable of efficiently cooling a high-pressure fluid without expanding the physical constitution of a case body.SOLUTION: In a rotary type cylinder device, rotations of an input/output shaft pivoted in a case body in a rotatable manner are converted into reciprocating motions of a plurality of piston sets which are disposed orthogonally to an eccentric cam, in accordance with the principle of inner cycloid, a fluid from the outside is sucked into a cylinder chamber inside of the case body and a compressed fluid is discharged from the cylinder chamber. Cooling channels 8a in which annular channel covers are mounted and a cooling medium flows annularly are formed in outer peripheries of a plurality of cylinders assembled to the case body in which the plurality of piston sets are inserted in a slidable manner. The case body comprises a cooling structure in which the cooling medium taken from an inflow port is passed through the cooling channel which is provided in at least one cylinder outer periphery, and discharged from an outflow port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】ケース本体の体格を拡張することなく、高圧流体を効率よく冷却することが可能なロータリシリンダ装置を提供する。【解決手段】ケース本体に回転可能に軸支された入出力軸の回転が内サイクロイドの原理に従い、偏心カムに対して直交配置された複数のピストン組の往復運動に変換され、外部から流体をケース本体内のシリンダ室に吸い込み、圧縮された流体をシリンダ室から吐出するロータリ式シリンダ装置において、複数のピストン組が摺動可能に挿入されるケース本体に組み付けられた複数のシリンダの外周には環状の流路カバーが各々装着されて冷却媒体が環状に流れる冷却流路8aが形成されており、ケース本体には、流入口より取り込まれた冷却媒体を少なくとも一のシリンダ外周に設けられた冷却流路を通過させて流出口より排出される冷却構造を備えた。【選択図】図10 |
