FLOATING BUILDING

To provide a floating building that can reliably raise the building and protect it from flood damage in the event of a flood, while eliminating the need for a waterproof structure that interferes with daily life, and further can automatically return the floating building to its original plane position at the time when the buoyancy is eliminated.SOLUTION: There is provided a floating building 60 having a building 10, a fixed buoyancy body 20 on which the building 10 is placed, and guide means 40. The total weight of the building 10 and the buoyancy body 20 and the dimensions of the buoyancy body 20 are set so that the building 10 and the buoyancy body 20 float by buoyancy F generated when a part or all of the buoyancy body 20 is submerged. The buoyancy plane position at the time when the building 10 and the buoyancy body 20 receive the buoyancy F and float and the landing plane position at the time when the buoyancy F is eliminated and lands are regulated to be the same position by the guide means 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】日常生活に支障を来たす防水構造を不要としながら、水害時に建物を確実に浮上させて水害から守ることができ、さらに、浮力が解消した際に浮上している建物を元の平面位置に自動的に戻すことのできる、浮上式建物を提供すること。【解決手段】建物１０と、建物１０が載置される定型の浮力体２０と、ガイド手段４０とを有する浮上式建物６０であり、浮力体２０の一部もしくは全部が水没した際に生じる浮力Ｆにより建物１０及び浮力体２０が浮上するように、建物１０及び浮力体２０の合計重量と浮力体２０の寸法が設定されており、ガイド手段４０により、建物１０及び浮力体２０が浮力Ｆを受けて浮上した際の浮上平面位置と、浮力Ｆが解消されて着地した際の着地平面位置とが同じ位置となるように規制されている。【選択図】図５
