Zusammenfassung:	To provide a cleaning composition for a noodle boiling device, reducing a load to the environment, excellent in washability of scale stain even without substantially using a material having anxiety of deleterious substance designation, improved in rinsability due to that components of scale stain hardly deposit and precipitate in neutralization, and having low corrosiveness to stainless, and low foaming properties in neutralization.SOLUTION: A cleaning composition for a noodle boiling device contains organic acid, a nonionic surface active agent, and a sulfo acid polymer, and do not substantially contain methanesulfonic acid and phosphorus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】環境への負荷が小さく、劇物指定の懸念を持つ材料を実質的に用いなくてもスケール汚れの洗浄性に優れ、中和時にスケール汚れの成分が析出、沈降しにくいことによってすすぎ性の向上した、ゆで麺装置用洗浄組成物の提供、並びに、ステンレスに対して低腐食性であり、中和時においても低発泡性である、ゆで麺装置用洗浄組成物の提供。【解決手段】有機酸と、ノニオン界面活性剤と、スルホン酸系重合体とを含有し、実質的にメタンスルホン酸及びリンを含まないことを特徴とする、ゆで麺装置用洗浄組成物。【選択図】図２
