To provide a clamping device with a mechanism to release the clamp bite of the reverse stop attached to the arm, to be used in material collection work performed by pulling the rope with the flexion and extension of the arm by using a rope attached to an object to be collected and a material collection vehicle with a flexing arm.SOLUTION: There is provided a clamping device 100 to be used in material collection work performed by pulling a rope 61 with the flexion and extension of an arm 56 by using the rope 61 attached to an object to be collected and the material collection vehicle 5 with the flexing arm 56.
