CONTAINER MOVEMENT SYSTEM

To effectively take out a desired container in a storage system for storing stacked containers in high density.SOLUTION: A container movement system includes: a frame body; a gripping part which moves in a perpendicular direction and lifts up, to an accommodation space in the frame body, containers stacked in a loading space formed on the lower side of a region surrounded by two first rails adjacent to each other of a plurality of first rails extending in a first direction and two second rails adjacent to each other of a plurality of second rails extending in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; a first wheel set which engages with the plurality of first rails and moves the container movement system in the first direction; and a drive control section which controls the gripping part and the first wheel set and moves a container loaded in one predetermined loading space to another loading space.
