Zusammenfassung:	To provide a vehicle control device that performs proper travel control in accordance with a degree of driver's stress.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device includes: a biological sensor installed to a steering wheel to detect biological information from a driver's hand gripping the steering wheel; a stress degree determination unit for determining a degree of driver's stress on the basis of a detection result by the biological sensor; and a travel control unit for performing travel control on the basis of a degree of driver's stress.
