DRESSING MATERIAL

To provide a dressing material capable of protecting an affected part by covering the chest including the breast as the affected part and its surroundings to fit its shape, and suitable for covering cancerous cutaneous ulcer brought by the breast cancer by sufficiently suppressing leakage of exudate from the affected part.SOLUTION: A dressing material comprises: an absorber 7 capable of absorbing exudate; a liquid permeable skin pad sheet 5 applied to the skin of the chest including the breast and its surroundings; a liquid impermeable external surface sheet 6 overlapped on the skin pad sheet 5 via the absorber 7; a gathering part 2 abutted on a chest external surface below the breast; and a breast housing part 3 approximately corresponding to a ridge shape of the breast with the gathering part 2 as the lower edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】患部である乳房とその周囲を含む胸部を、その形状に合わせて被覆して患部を保護することができ、患部からの滲出液の漏れを十分に抑えることができることにより、乳がんに伴うがん性皮膚潰瘍の被覆に好適なドレッシング材を提供する。【解決手段】滲出液を吸収可能な吸収体７と、乳房とその周囲を含む胸部の肌に当てる液透過性の肌当てシート５と、吸収体７を介して肌当てシート６に重合された液不透過性の外面シート６と、乳房の下方の胸部外面に当接するギャザー部２と、ギャザー部２を下縁として乳房の隆起形状に略対応する乳房収容部３とを備える。【選択図】図１
