To provide a technique for supporting an employee who is requested to perform task execution by a manager.SOLUTION: In an information processing device 1 communicable with a manager terminal 2 used by a manager and an employee terminal 3 used by an employee to be a management object of the manager, a screen provision unit 110 provides the manager terminal 2 with a display screen including information showing the employee. A manager evaluation acquisition unit 111 acquires an execution task being a task to be executed by the employee, a completion time limit of the execution task, and manager evaluation information showing an evaluation of the difficulty of the execution task by the manager, from the manager terminal 2.
