Zusammenfassung:To efficiently manufacture a reinforcement with an L-type fastening part.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a reinforcement with a fastening part that has an enlarged diameter part 12 which has a large projecting amount to a first direction perpendicular to an axial direction of a reinforcement 11 and a small projecting amount to a second direction that is a direction opposite to the first direction provided on the tip of the reinforcement includes: a heating step of subjecting a reinforcement tip part to high-frequency induction heating to such a temperature as to be plastically deformed; a first processing step of compressing the heated reinforcement tip part in the axial direction, and forming an increased diameter part 15 that has a smaller cross-sectional area toward the tip and has a frustum shape; and a second processing step of pressing the increased diameter part in the axial direction and pushing the increased diameter part into a molding recess 38, and thereby forming a plate-like enlarged diameter part. In the second processing step, an increased diameter adjacent part 11c which extends to the base end side of the reinforcement following the increased diameter part and is a reinforcement part with a fixed length is held in a reinforcement holding hole 39 of a female mold 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】L型定着部付鉄筋を効率良く製造する。【解決手段】鉄筋11の先端に、鉄筋の軸方向と直交する第一方向への突出量が大きく且つ第一方向とは逆方向である第二方向への突出量が小さい拡径部12を定着部として備えた定着部付鉄筋を製造する方法で、鉄筋先端部を塑性変形可能な温度に高周波誘導加熱する加熱工程と、加熱した鉄筋先端部を軸方向に圧縮して先端に向かうにつれ断面積が小さくなる錐台形の増径部15を形成する第一加工工程と、増径部を、軸方向へ押圧して成型凹部38に押し込むことにより平板状の拡径部を形成する第二加工工程とを含む。第二加工工程では、増径部に続いて鉄筋の基端側に延びる一定長の鉄筋部分である増径隣接部11cを雌型35の鉄筋把持孔39内に把持する。【選択図】図11
