The magnet (41) is held by the magnet holding member (30) and is arranged in the circumferential direction of the braking member (10). The magnet (42) is arranged in the circumferential direction between the braking member (10) and the magnet (41). The pole pieces (50) are respectively placed between adjacent magnets (42) and come into contact with the magnets (42). The cylindrical member (60) is located between the magnet (41) and the magnet (42) and comes into contact with the magnet (42). The cylindrical member (60) holds the magnet (42) together with the pole piece (50). The pole piece (50) and the cylindrical member (60) are fixed to the stator (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】渦電流式減速装置に設けられた永久磁石の割れを抑制することにより、渦電流式減速装置の耐久性を向上させる。【解決手段】渦電流式減速装置(100)は、制動部材(10)と、ステータ(20)と、磁石保持部材(30)と、永久磁石(41,42)と、ポールピース(50)と、円筒部材(60)とを備える。磁石(41)は、磁石保持部材(30)に保持され、制動部材(10)の周方向に配列される。磁石(42)は、制動部材(10)と磁石(41)との間において周方向に配列される。ポールピース(50)は、隣り合う磁石(42)の間に各々配置され、磁石(42)に接触する。円筒部材(60)は、磁石(41)と磁石(42)との間に配置され、磁石(42)に接触する。円筒部材(60)は、ポールピース(50)とともに磁石(42)を保持する。ステータ(20)には、ポールピース(50)及び円筒部材(60)が固定される。【選択図】図1 |
