Zusammenfassung:To obtain an eccentricity adjusting device, with which it is possible to adjust eccentricity with high efficiency while measuring eccentricity at high speed with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An eccentricity adjusting device 1 adjusts the amount of eccentricity relative to the body to which to be fixed of the object of adjustment that is fixed to the body to which to be fixed. The eccentricity adjusting device 1 comprises a pressing mechanism 12, a measurement unit 13, and an eccentricity adjustment mechanism 14. The pressing mechanism 12 presses the object of adjustment to the body to which to be fixed. The measurement unit 13 measures the amount and direction of eccentricity of the object of adjustment relative the body to which to be fixed while the object of adjustment is pressed against the body to which to be fixed with a first load by the pressing mechanism. The eccentricity adjustment mechanism 14 adjusts the amount of eccentricity of the object of adjustment on the basis of the amount and direction of eccentricity measured by the measurement unit while the object of adjustment is pressed against the body to which to be fixed with a second load smaller than the first load by the pressing mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高速かつ高精度な偏心計測を行いつつ、偏心調整を高効率で行うことができる偏心調整装置を得ること。【解決手段】偏心調整装置1は、被固定体に固定される被調整物の被固定体に対する偏心量を調整する。偏心調整装置1は、押さえ機構12と、計測部13と、偏心調整機構14と、を備える。押さえ機構12は、被調整物を被固定体に押さえ付ける。計測部13は、押さえ機構によって被調整物が被固定体に第1の荷重で押さえ付けられた状態で、被調整物の被固定体に対する偏心量および偏心方向を計測する。偏心調整機構14は、押さえ機構によって被調整物が被固定体に第1の荷重よりも小さな第2の荷重で押さえ付けられた状態で、計測部によって計測された偏心量および偏心方向に基づいて被調整物の偏心量を調整する。【選択図】図1
