ANCHOR, FOOTREST WITH ANCHOR ATTACHED THERETO, AND ANCHOR FIXING METHOD

To provide an anchor which has no risk of damaging or breaking a concrete wall and is easy to fix to the concrete wall, and a footrest using the anchor.SOLUTION: An anchor is composed of a cylindrical body and an expanded cone, and a split groove is formed in a part including one end of the cylindrical body at a position opposed to each other in the circumference, and the expanded cone is composed of a main body and a cone pin. The main body has a truncated cone shape, and an outer diameter of a cross section of one end part is smaller than an inner diameter of the cylindrical body, and the outer diameter of the cross section of the other end part is larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical body. The cone pin penetrates a head of the main body in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the main body, and both ends thereof protrude outside the main body.
