Zusammenfassung: | To provide a composite molded product capable of suppressing a generation of voids and obtaining high joint strength even when a junction has a thick part.SOLUTION: In a composite molded product of the present invention formed by joining a member having a plurality of grooves on a surface to a resin molded product by insert molding, the member and the resin molded product are joined via a joining region provided with the groove, and the joining region has at least a region A and a region B having different depths of the grooves. When a wall thickness XA of the resin molded product to be joined in the region A is thicker than 2 mm, a depth YB of the groove in the region B is 0.05 mm or more, and a depth of the groove in the region A is YA mm, a product of XA and YA in the region A is 0.1 or less. When the wall thickness of the resin molded product joined in the region B is XB mm, a product of the wall thickness XB in the region B and the depth YB of the groove is 0.5 or less, and the wall thickness XB is thinner than the wall thickness XA in the region A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】 本発明の目的は、接合部に厚肉部を有する場合であっても、ボイドの発生を抑制し、高い接合強度を得ることが可能な複合成形品を提供することである。【解決手段】 本発明の目的は、表面に複数の溝を有する部材を、インサート成形により樹脂成形品と接合してなる複合成形品であって、該部材と該樹脂成形品とは、該溝を備えた接合領域を介して接合され、該接合領域は、該溝の深さが異なる領域A及び領域Bを少なくとも有し、該領域Aにおいて接合される該樹脂成形品の肉厚XAが2mmより厚く、該領域Bにおける該溝の深さYBが0.05mm以上、かつ該領域Aにおける該溝の深さをYAmmとしたとき、該領域AにおけるXAとYAの積が0.1以下であり、該領域Bにおいて接合される該樹脂成形品の肉厚をXBmmとしたとき、該領域Bにおける該肉厚XBと前記溝の深さYBとの積が0.5以下、かつ該肉厚XBが前記領域Aにおける前記肉厚XAよりも薄肉である、複合成形品、によって達成された。【選択図】図5 |
