PRODUCTION PROCESS OF HSST TIRE, PRODUCTION SYSTEM OF HSST TIRE, AND HSST TIRE PRODUCED BY PRODUCTION PROCESS OF HSST TIRE

To provide a production process of an HSST tire.SOLUTION: A production process for an HSST tire comprises: a washing step of washing a processing target tire; a spraying step of spraying a heated high-molecular organic material to an inner liner of the processing target tire; and a forced cooling step of forcibly cooling the processing target tire sprayed with the high-molecular organic material. The washing step includes an air-drying process of evaporating isopropyl alcohol on the processing target tire using air-drying gas. In the forced cooling step, the processing target tire sprayed with the high-molecular organic material is forcibly cooled. By designing and controlling each step and process with high accuracy, it is possible to relieve dependency on operator's experiences and secure performance stability of the HSST tire produced. It is also possible, through the air-drying process and the forced cooling step, to extensively shorten a time required to produce the HSST tire and obtain mass production of the HSST tire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ＨＳＳＴタイヤの製造プロセスを提供する。【解決手段】ＨＳＳＴタイヤの製造プロセスは、処理対象のタイヤを洗浄する洗浄ステップと、処理対象のタイヤのインナーライナーに、加熱された高分子有機材料を吹き付ける吹き付けステップと、高分子有機材料が吹き付けられた処理対象のタイヤを、強制的に冷却する強制冷却ステップと、を含む。洗浄ステップは、風乾ガスを用いて、処理対象のタイヤ上のイソプロピルアルコールを蒸発させる風乾工程を有する。強制冷却ステップは、高分子有機材料が吹き付けられた処理対象のタイヤを強制的に冷却する。各ステップと工程を精度よく設計、制御することで、作業者の経験への依存度から解放され、製造されたＨＳＳＴタイヤの性能安定性を保証することができる。また風乾工程と強制冷却ステップによって、ＨＳＳＴタイヤ製造にかかわる時間が大幅に短縮され、ＨＳＳＴタイヤの量産化が可能となる。【選択図】図１
