Zusammenfassung:	To provide a micro flow channel chip capable of suppressing residual air inside a flow channel.SOLUTION: A micro flow channel chip 100 includes: a resin substrate 10 with a flow channel groove 11 formed at least on one face; and a resin film 20 joined on one face of the resin substrate 10 so as to cover the flow channel groove 11.
