Zusammenfassung:	To provide a coating method of a coating liquid by a die coat method where the occurrence of coating unevenness and defects is reduced and uniform coating properties can be stably obtained.SOLUTION: A coating liquid is coated on a base material to be coated by using a die which has a manifold for uniform discharge in a width direction and a slit land part and where a coating liquid discharge port is a die lip. The die has a shape where a ratio of the lip thickness of the die lip to the length of the land part is satisfied with following formula. The viscosity of the coating liquid is regulated to 100 mPa s or less.
