To provide an information processing device, an information processing method and an information processing program for creating a care plan which is more suitable to a user's situation.SOLUTION: An information processing device for creating a care plan includes a learning processing part 11, an input part 12, a presentation part 13, a selection part 14, a display part 15, an operation part 16, a learned rule storage part 17, a care plan assessment storage part 21, and a knowledge information storage part 22. The learning processing part 11 performs learning in advance on the basis of information of the learned rule storage part 17 and the care plan assessment storage part 21. The presentation part 13 presents a plurality of pieces of information corresponding to input information on the basis of a learning result of the learning processing part 11 in the case that the input information is inputted to the input part 12.
