To provide an image processing system that can finally output accurate recognition results even if an incorrect character is recognized due to a change in a display.SOLUTION: An image processing system according to an embodiment has: recognition means for acquiring a plurality of captured images that captured characters one character of which is composed of a plurality of segments in the order of time scales, and recognizing the captured characters for each of the plurality of captured images; and determining means for deciding which of the characters recognized from each of the plurality of captured images is to be output.
