NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION, AND NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE BATTERY USING THE SAME

To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which a good comprehensive performance balance is achieved as to functions, such as a durability performance, a capacity, a resistance, and output characteristics.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte battery comprises: positive and negative electrodes capable of occluding and releasing metal ions; and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution. The nonaqueous electrolyte solution contains: an electrolyte; a nonaqueous solvent, and at least one compound selected from a group consisting of lithium fluorosulfonate, lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide and lithium difluorophosphate.
