Zusammenfassung:To provide a monitoring device which appropriately and easily monitors whether or not trial operation of an emergency power generator is properly performed.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 100 includes a sensor information acquisition processing part 210 and an abnormality determination processing part 220. The sensor information acquisition processing part 210 acquires sensor information including: a video in a power generation facility provided with an emergency power generator; operating sound of the emergency power generator; and a flow rate of cooling water for cooling the emergency power generator. The abnormality determination processing part 220 uses a model 221 previously generated through machine learning for learning relation between sensor information at the time of trial operation of the emergency power generator and results of determination whether or not the trial operation of the emergency power generator is properly performed to thereby output results of determination in accordance with input of the sensor information acquired by the sensor information acquisition processing part 210 at the time of the trial operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】非常用発電装置の試運転が正常に行われているか否かを的確かつ容易に監視する監視装置を提供する。【解決手段】監視装置100は、センサ情報取得処理部210と、異常判定処理部220と、を備える。センサ情報取得処理部210は、非常用発電装置が設けられた発電施設内の映像と、非常用発電装置の稼働音と、非常用発電装置を冷却する冷却水の流量と、を含むセンサ情報を取得する。異常判定処理部220は、非常用発電装置の試運転時におけるセンサ情報と、非常用発電装置の試運転が正常か否かの判定結果と、の関係を学習する機械学習により予め生成されたモデル221を用いて、非常用発電装置の試運転時にセンサ情報取得処理部210により取得されるセンサ情報の入力に応じた判定結果を出力する。【選択図】図2
