Zusammenfassung:To determine optimal resource arrangement in work including a transition between steps of rework or the like.SOLUTION: A computer system determines the arrangement of a resource of work consisting of a plurality of steps for performing processing using the resource to items. The work includes a transition between steps corresponding to rework. The computer system includes: a predictor for calculating prediction values of an inflow amount and an outflow amount of the items of each step; and a resource arrangement determination part for determining the arrangement of the resource of each step. The resource arrangement determination part forms a simulator for calculating prediction values of the inflow amount and the outflow amount of the items of each step in the arrangement of an arbitrary resource by using the predictor in the case of receiving a request including a constraint condition and an optimization condition of the resource, and determines the arrangement of the resource of each step on the basis of the simulator, the constraint condition, and the optimization condition of the resource.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】手戻り等の工程間の遷移を含む業務における最適なリソースの配置を決定する。【解決手段】アイテムに対してリソースを用いた処理を行う複数の工程から構成される業務のリソースの配置を決定する計算機システムであって、業務は、手戻りに対応する工程間の遷移を含み、計算機システムは、各工程のアイテムの流入量及び流出量の予測値を算出するための予測器と、各工程のリソースの配置を決定するリソース配置決定部と、備え、リソース配置決定部は、リソースの制約条件及び最適化条件を含む要求を受け付けた場合、予測器を用いて、任意のリソースの配置における各工程のアイテムの流入量及び流出量の予測値を算出するシミュレータを構成し、シミュレータ、リソースの制約条件、及び最適化条件に基づいて、各工程のリソースの配置を決定する。【選択図】図1
