Zusammenfassung: | To reduce burden and improve convenience of a driver concerning a conversation.SOLUTION: A conversation assistant apparatus mounted on a vehicle includes a voice recognition unit that recognizes a content of an utterance of a driver and passengers other than the driver, a driver notification unit that performs notification for the driver, and a determination unit that determines whether an automatic response is possible for the utterance of the passenger when there is an utterance that requires an answer from the passenger.
