To provide a tire air pressure reduction degree determination device, a tire air pressure reduction degree determination method and a program which can easily determine a reduction degree of a tire air pressure.SOLUTION: A photographic image acquisition part 64 acquires a photographic image that is a depth image or a three-dimensional image showing a side face of a tire provided on a vehicle. A deformation amount specification part 68 specifies a deformation amount of the tire on the basis of the photographic image.
