Zusammenfassung: | To improve usability of an authentication system.SOLUTION: A fingerprint sensor 11 acquires fingerprint information FI of a person to be authenticated. Fingerprint information FI of a user of a device 14 to be controlled and reliability information RI corresponding to reliability of this fingerprint information are stored in a storage device 13 as authentication information AI in association with each other. A control device 12 determines whether a degree of coincidence between the fingerprint information FI of the person to be authenticated and the fingerprint information FI included in the authentication information AI exceeds a threshold or not and, if the degree of coincidence exceeds the threshold, authenticates the person to be authenticated as the user. The control device 12 sets the threshold on the basis of the reliability information RI associated with the fingerprint information FI of the user for use in determining the degree of coincidence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】認証システムの利便性を高める。【解決手段】指紋センサ11は、被認証者の指紋情報FIを取得する。記憶装置13は、被制御装置14のユーザの指紋情報FIと当該指紋情報FIの信頼性に対応する信頼性情報RIを関連付けて認証情報AIとして記憶する。制御装置12は、前記被認証者の指紋情報FIと認証情報AIに含まれる指紋情報FIの一致度が閾値を上回るかを判断し、当該一致度が当該閾値を上回る場合に前記被認証者を前記ユーザとして認証する。制御装置12は、前記一致度の判断に供されるユーザの指紋情報FIに関連付けられた信頼性情報RIに基づいて、前記閾値を設定する。【選択図】図1 |
