Zusammenfassung: | To provide an indentation test device designed to accurately detect softness irrespective of the pushing-in speed of an indenter.SOLUTION: Provided is an indentation test device 1 comprising an indenter 4 which is pushed into a test piece 6 that is the object whose softness is to be measured, a casing 2 for accommodating the indenter 4 while the tip of the indenter 4 is projected, and a load detection sensor 5 for detecting a load acting upon the indenter 4 when the indenter 4 projecting from the casing 2 is pressed against the test piece 6. With this indentation test device, parameters including an area S in a tip portion where the indenter 4 can touch the test piece 6, a push-in depth Δx of the indenter 4, a push-in speed v of the indenter 4 and a Poisson ratio ν are used, and the softness of the test piece 6 is measured and quantified using a numeral 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】圧子の押し込み速度に依存することなく、柔らかさを正確に検出できるようにした押し込み試験装置を提供する。【解決手段】柔らかさの測定対象である被検体6に押し込まれる圧子4と、当該圧子4の先端を突出させた状態で圧子4を収容するケーシング2と、当該ケーシング2から突出している圧子4を被検体6に押圧した際に、その圧子4に作用する荷重を検出する荷重検出センサー5とを備えてなる押し込み試験装置1において、前記圧子4が被検体6に接触しうる先端部分の面積Sおよび、圧子4の押し込み量Δxおよび、圧子4の押し込み速度v、ポアソン比νを含むパラメーターを用いて、数2を用いて、被検体6の柔らかさを測定して数値化する。【選択図】図3 |
