Zusammenfassung:To provide a delamination inspection method and a delamination inspection device capable of detecting even the delamination of a dimension smaller than a transducer dimension.SOLUTION: In advance, a delamination echo height A of a reflected wave reflected with a predetermined number of times among multiple reflection waves in a delaminated part of a laminate is determined, and a relatively good echo height B relative to the delamination echo height in a good part of the laminate is determined. Based on the relationship between the relatively good echo height B and the area of a transducer, a relative echo height K corresponding to the size of the interlayer delamination to be detected is obtained. Based on the relative echo height K, a reference echo height for interlayer delamination is set. Multiple reflection waves are received by a probe at an inspection section of the laminate, and the presence or absence of interlayer delamination is inspected by comparing the echo height of the reflected wave of a predetermined number of times among the multiple reflection waves at the inspection section with the reference echo height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】 振動子寸法よりも小さい寸法の剥離であっても検出可能な積層体の剥離検査方法及び剥離検査装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 予め、積層体の剥離部における多重反射波の内の所定の反射回数で反射した反射波の剥離エコー高さAを求めると共に積層体の健全部における剥離エコー高さに対する相対健全エコー高さBを求め、相対健全エコー高さBと振動子の面積との関係に基づいて検出対象とする層間剥離の大きさに対応する相対エコー高さKを求め、相対エコー高さKに基づいて層間剥離の基準エコー高さを設定する。探触子で積層体の検査部において多重反射波を受信し、検査部における多重反射波の内の所定の反射回数の反射波のエコー高さと基準エコー高さとを比較することにより層間剥離の有無を検査する。【選択図】 図6
