To provide an ice making machine having high cooling efficiency and capable of making ice in a short time and a refrigerator including the ice making machine.SOLUTION: A refrigerator comprises: a heat sink 10 including a refrigerant flow passage; a metallic plate 20 including a bar-shaped member 24; a liquid container 50 storing liquid; a liquid supply section 70 supplying liquid; a movement mechanism 60 moving the liquid container 50 in a rotating manner; and a control section controlling a temperature of the bar-shaped member 24, an operation of the liquid supply section 70 and an operation of the movement mechanism 60.
