The control device 110 adjusts the amount of water supplied from the bypass water amount servo 122 to the bypass channel 151 on the basis of a detection value of the temperature sensor 142, thereby maintaining the temperature of hot water supplied from the heat exchanger 126 at a regulated temperature or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
