Zusammenfassung:	To provide a novel reflection suppressing member that can be produced without a complicated production process and has low reflectance.SOLUTION: A reflection suppressing foam sheet is obtained by foaming and curing an emulsion composition containing a resin component and spherical fine particles, the spherical fine particles having a particle size of 2-150 μm, the foam sheet having a thickness of 30-1200 μm, and a reflectance at 60° incidence of 0.1% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】複雑な製造工程を経ずとも製造可能であり、且つ、低い反射率を有する、新規な反射抑制部材を提供すること。【解決手段】樹脂成分と球状微粒子とを含むエマルジョン組成物を発泡及び硬化することにより得られる反射抑制発泡シートであって、球状微粒子の粒子径が２〜１５０μｍであり、発泡シートの厚みが３０〜１２００μｍであり、６０°入射の反射率が０．１％以下である、反射抑制発泡シート。【選択図】なし
