BATTERY PACK FIXING STRUCTURE

To provide a battery pack fixing structure which can achieve reduction of manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A battery pack fixing structure includes: a battery pack 3; a protection member 4 disposed on a vehicle body bottom surface 13 and at least partially covering a side surface of the battery pack 3; and fixing brackets 6, 7 fixing the battery pack 3 to a vehicle body 2. A part of the fixing brackets 6, 7 are disposed so as to pass through an area above the protection member 4. The protection member 4 is formed with a first contact surface 30 and a second contact surface 31 which are disposed sandwiching the battery pack 3 therebetween and contact with the battery pack 3.
