To provide processing equipment for an inner surface of a pipe body, which can reduce a defective pinhole.SOLUTION: Processing equipment for an inner surface of a pipe body according to the present invention includes an inner surface polishing device that comprises a grinding stone rotating around an axis almost parallel to the axis of the pipe body so as to polish the inner surface of the cast pipe body, and a grinding device that comprises a grinding brush rotating around an axis almost parallel to the axis of the pipe body so as to grind the inner surface of the pipe body after it is polished by the grinding stone.
