To provide a leakage detection system capable of reducing labor of inspection work of consumer equipment, an automatic maintenance and inspection system, and a leakage detection method.SOLUTION: A leakage detection system X1 includes a leakage detection unit (zero-phase current transformer 30) and a communication unit 7. The leakage detection unit detects leakage between a branch breaker 2 and a responsibility demarcation point 102 of consumer equipment E1 including the installed branch breaker 2. The communication unit 7 outputs a piece of inspection information.
