Zusammenfassung:	To achieve a motor drive device having a connection structure of a bus bar, a power element, and a printed circuit board with high strength, high vibration resistance, and low cost.SOLUTION: A motor drive device 1 includes: a bus bar 10 through which a current related to motor drive flows; a printed circuit board 20; and a conductive supporting table 30 mounted on the printed circuit board 20 and interposed between the bus bar 10 and the printed circuit board 20.
